- How many bedrooms are in your apartments, town homes, and single family homes?
Our apartments are studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom. Our single family homes have 2 and 3 bedrooms.
- What are your prices?
$400.00 to $1100.00.
- What is included in the rent?
Some include heat, water, sewer, natural gas, hot water, storage unit, garbage removal, stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer hook-ups.
- How much is a Security deposit?
One month’s rent.
- What about pets?
Pets are allowed in thirty five of our locations. The remaining forty five units do not allow pets.
- How long is the lease period?
Leases are typically one year but for a slightly higher monthly fee, we do offer shorter terms.
- Are washers and dryers or washer dryer hook ups available?
Yes, in a majority of our units.
- Is storage space provided?
Yes, at the majority of the properties.
- What about maintenance?
We are one of the few companies in our area that offers a full time in house maintenance staff.
- Where are the property locations?
All are in Bloomfield & Canandaigua.
- How many units are in each building?
As few as one and as many as eight.
